Audio Systems: location of audio amp, 1989 buick reatta, buick reatta

I would like to know where my amp is located- 1989 Buick
Reatta with Stereo Cassette and touch screen, trunk? under
dash?

I happen to own a 1988 buick riviera  sounds like we have the same touch screen system with the separate tape player lower in the console

the amplifier and radio are together in the same metal box i belive it is call CDM i replace that in 1995 because of static and low audio quality
this is inside the center console you have to remove it, there are some screws inside  

also have to remove window switch and astray there are 2 more screws there
