Hi, I'm looking for a optical connection cable for CD-Player SL-PJ38A from Technics but I can't find any to buy. Do you know where I can get one ? Thanks a lot for your help.

If you google for "optical audio cable" you can find many.

The Technics  TT you refer to is an old model and I don't know which cable it takes, but if you pull up the owners manual you can identify it, surely.

But, I think all the Technics uses a standard optical cable of the conventional variety.
