QuestionHello Ernesto,
I think you are the person I need to talk too!
I’m sure you have answered this question before.
I have a 2005 Chevrolet Impala with a CD/XM/OnStar radio. This is the last year that you could get an Impala without the aux input on the front. Is there a way that you can somehow hook up an aux input (maybe on the back??) that would allow me to use my IPod in the car without replacing the entire factory radio?? I don’t care if it doesn’t charge the IPod and once the XM trial period ends next month I’m not going to renew the XM radio service.
As a side note also. The AM reception is really poor (FM is fine). Is there anyway I can boost the signal for the AM?
Thanks!
Jim
Answerthere is a way to input aux into the radio, it takes the xm port and you need the interface
