Audio Systems: Fostex D2424LV sync playback issue, envelope button, master computer

Question
We are using a Fostex D2424LV to play back audio tracks as directed by a timecode signal from a master computer.

The Fostex syncs up fine, and will play through one track fine, but when the computer starts the track over again during a loop sequence the Fostex syncs up and plays with no audio output or meter activity.

The only ways to get audio back are to either press the first envelope button or disconnect and reconnect the sync, both of which will bring audio back for the playing of that track, and then it will go back to being silent.

Answer
I am wondering is you must have  set point, even though you are going back to a new start you may have to program in the new point.
