Audio Systems: wiring diagram in 1994 frod explorer xlt, rear doors, rear speakers

Question
i am hooking up a cd player in a 1994 ford explorer,the owner before cut the wiring harness out and hooked it up with just connecting the wires...i cant figure out what color wire to connect the red wire and the yellow wire to..i've hooked up radios before but i cant get any power to the cd player in this vehicle...please help..i'm getting fustrated..
