Audio Systems: CD Player, cotton swab, camary

My sister has a 2005 camary with a standard CD AM,FM radio, When she installs a CD it does not read the CD just the display stays on LOAD and after a minute or so it ejects itself. We tried a CD cleaning disc but it does not read that either. What do you recommend?

Cleaning discs rarely work.  If the lens is dirty, it is usually a film that won't be celaned by small bushes.  Remove the unit and open it up.  Clean the lens using a cotton swab and alcohol.  That should resolve it.  If not, the optics are failing and will need to be replaced.
