I JUST GOT THE CAR THE RADIO IS NOT WORKING SO FAR WITH ALL THE TROUBLE SHOOTING IT HAS COME DOWN TO THE AMP IN THE BACK (FACTORY) I OPENED THE THING UP AND NOTICE ONE OF THE LINKS WHERE BROKE SO WHAT I WANTED TO DO WAS CHANGE IT OVER TO A AFTERMARKEY AMP BUT WITH ALL THE REASEARCH I HAVE BEN DOING IT SAYS THAT THE FACTORY AMP HAS TO WORK IS THAT TRUE

the best way to fix this is by repairing the factory amplifier or get a rebuild amplifier from oemautosound

any other amplifier is not going to do the job
some speakers in your vehicle are 2 ohms and the factory amplifier comes with built in crossovers
