Audio Systems: dvd navigation 08 suburban, navigation screen, drive mode

would you happen to know of a way to be able to watch a dvd movie on the navigation screen while the truck is in the drive  mode ? cause while its in park the movie will show on the navigation screen as well as the rear entertainment system . its an "LTZ " model with factory equipment .any ideas will be very appreciated !

Yes, I know how, but it it illegal to have the movie going during drive.  That is why it is designed that way from the factory.

It requires to defeat the no-play signal from the steering column when the transmission goes into drive mode.

But I don't recommend it as stated above.
