Audio Systems: cd changer, ford taurus, 57 ford

Question
i have a 98 ford taurus se wagon. it has the factory stereo in it. on the controls it has a cd button and a button that says disc 1-6 but when i push the cd button it says "NO DJ". did my car come with a cd changer ? if so where would it be? or if it didnt can i add one and how would be the best way?

the vehicle is ready for a cd changer but NO DJ means that you don't have one  the cd changer connection is on the left side of the vehicle infront of the spare tire
