Audio Systems: 2002 saab se with no stock amp, saabs, gadgetry

ok i bought my new car and i wanmt to put my after market deck in it but in the manual it sais that the cd player is connected to my sid screen basic information of the car display or what ever i want to no if i put my pioneer deck in will it affect the sid screen

The job of adding an aftermarket deck is not trivial and it will require an experienced tech who knows how to "engineer" it as it goes along.  I know of no stock interface gadgetry that will work to interface with the builtin display system.
