Audio Systems: Saab 9-3 Subs, car subwoofers, last question

i believe this picture is right and then can i use the wire from my back speakers to hook up a new wire to my amp?  and what gauge would you reccommend for the power wire also is 2 ok?

2 is way plenty large.  as indicated before, anything in the 14, 16 or 18 gauge is okey, but if you have 2 it will be okey; it is just overkill for speakers.

but for amp, yes, if you have 2 that would be great but it is really hard to work with because it is so thick and heavy; 4 would be okey, too.
