Audio Systems: car front loader scrathing cds, audio compact disc, homemade cd

Hi,
I recently popped a cd with an cd stomper label into my JVC front loader. Shortly afterwards the front loader started scratching all my other cd's as well as playing with a disrupted sound ? Could you maybe advise me on what the problem is and how I could go about fixing it ?

the cd label is what damage your unit and now it needs to be repair and align

car cd unit are designed to play commercially pressed 12cm audio compact disc only.
due to technical  incompatibility certain  recordable disc may not function correctly
It is recommended that homemade cd's be identified or marked with a permanent felt tip marker  rather than an adhesive label  

AVOID ANY LABEL STICKER    a litle to late sorry now you know no labels they are ok for computers only
