Audio Systems: AIWA Digital Audio System, model t ford, guiness book of records

The above, model no. CX-NA71U, will only play the number 2 CD out of the 3 CDs that can be loaded.  The tapes won't play, but that is not essential.  I just need all the CDs to work.  The system was manufactured in 1997 and has a great sound.  Any hope?

Enter it into the Guiness Book of records, that it works at all. Most manufacturers these days design their stuff to work for about 5 years knowing that technology is changing so rapidly. Be glad that it's 2 out of 3 not 1 out of 3. As far as getting it serviced you might as well try to repair a model T Ford.
