Audio Systems: factory stereo, chevy cavilier, wiring harnesses

i have a 1997 chevy cavilier and i want to put in a new cd/mp3 player but i'm not sure how to remove the dash to get the old stereo out?

Then, if you go to installer.com you can find wiring harnesses and other mounting hardware that you may need for the job.
