Audio Systems: 98 INFINITI Q45, infiniti q45, amplifier

I HAVE A 98 INFINITI Q45 I INSTALLED AN AFTERMARKET CD PLAYER AND AFTER TWO WEEKS OF PLAY THE RADIO COMPLETELY STOP PLAYING. NOW I HAVE BEEN TOLD ITS THE FACTORY AMP. CAUSING THIS. THE RADIO DOES NOT POWER ON @ ALL COULD THIS BE TRUE? IS THERE A WAY TO BYPASS THE AMP?

THE AMPLIFIER SOMETIMES CAN GIVE YOU A PROBLEM but not this time i am sure is not the amplifier, it have to be the installation radio needs to turn on

it looks like the radio fuse behind the radio is bad or the wiring is done wrong  

keep the amplifiers and factory speaker it will sound a lot better
