Audio Systems: Will my stero work, ford section, kenwood excelon

I just bought a 02 mustang Gt and i took my head unit out of my old car. My head unit is a Kenwood Excelon KDC-X589. Will this fit in my 02 mustang?

If you wire it up correctly it will play.  For mounting it into the same hole, you may need a mounting sleeve or bracket to make it fit.  Look at:

and go the the Ford section where you will find brackets that will fit your car.

Also, you may want to use a wiring adapter harness for easier hookup. You can find them on installer.com also.
