Audio Systems: Spars codes, image madonna, professional audio recording

Where can I get examples of the Spars codes online? I mean the ones with the boxes around them, not just the letters DDD, ADD, AAD, etc. Thanks

I was hoping you would come back to me with a clarification of what you are looking for?  Graphics? License? Logo designs? Back cover artwork from released cd albums?

Please advise more precisely if you would be so kind.

As you may know, those marks are no longer used as they were in the early days of the cd (early 1980s to early 1990s) because of relevancy.
