Audio Systems: 98 Taurus Radio, cd changer, fuses

I changed the battery in my 98 taurus. When started the car, the radio did not work. There is no display, no sound. Dealer checked says has power, all fuses ok. I bought replacement control unit for up front, has same problem. Radio has Auto Temp Control built in, cd changer in trunk. Any suggestions? Thanks

the unit at front is not the problem you have to repair r replace the radio you can find that in the trunk  left side under the carpet  it looks like this unit
