Audio Systems: auto stereo installation, chevy tahoe, wiring connections

i installed a jensen touchscreen in my 199 chevy tahoe and now all my fatory speakes play accept for my back door speakers i used the wirring harnest to connect it

Well, you didn't give me enough information to go very far with.  

I would suggest you go back to the basic stuff and check and recheck all the connections and wiring.

You may need to get a VOM and check the wiring connections and make sure of everything.
