Audio Systems: factory had more bass than upgrade, infinity sound, kenwood kdc

My husband just put a new kenwood kdc-135 cd reciever in my 97 Dodge Ram and it has no bass what so ever, my factory stereo had more than the new one, and even the guys at the place we got it from dont know what is wrong .... please help.... thank you!

your truck comes with the infinity sound system  there is 8 speakers 4 woofer and 4 tweters/mids  the 4 woofers are not playing  because they are not conected or the factory infinity amplifier is off  wiring problem they need to look at all the cables again
