Audio Systems: CDs dont load to the lens, cd magazine, factory cd

Question
I have a 1999 Ford Escort with the factory CD Changer.  Recently, the changer will not play any cds.  I can eject the magazine from the changer with no problems.  But when its time to play a cd, they are not removed from the magazine to be read by the CD lens.  I am assuming the loader just moves up and down the open side of the magazine without removing the cd to be read.  Any suggestions.

THERE IS A LITLE ARM THAT MOVES UP DOWN IN AND OUT
in the arm there is a litle tap that takes the tray from the cd magazine with the cd  the arm tap is broken or the 6 trays from the magazine are broken    most likely is the cd changer  
you ca also remove the plug of the changer from 15 minutes to reset it
