how do you take the rear speakers out of a 96 dodge ram extended cab?

The above site gives removal instructions for the radio; some wiring information in the last few pages.

Removal of the speakers should be rather straightforward by removing the cosmetic covers so you can get into the mounting screws, but I personally have never removed them so I don't speak from actual experience!
