How does one set the time on a 6 disc changer radio with the navagation system?

Let me see..2006. Yes, I know that one right off the top of my head.. (not).  ;-)

I would approach this problem in one of three ways:

1) Read the owners manual (it is full of useful information particular to that model year).
2) Contact the car dealer (in case you do not know how to read [or do not care to read], or have lost the manual already).
3) Fiddle with it until you figure it out (if you are really hardheaded).
