Is there any relation to the colors used in acoustic paneling materials?

Answer
I assume you are asking if the color effects the acoustic properties.  No it does not.  It could, however, if the color is from a paint or surface coating on the panel.  But, then the acoustic effect would not be a function of the color, but of the material used and how reflective the surface is.  Most paints over an acoustic panel will change the high frequency characteristics, but not the bass or low frequency absorption.
