Audio Systems: RE: 1992 Chevy Delco 3pc radio acting strange, memory backup, dash unit

I checked all the wiring connection and pins on the connectors for good contact and proper voltage.  I hooked everything back up and I still get the same results.  The under dash unit is talking to the head unit but not allowing me to change anything.  Its almost like its stuck in limbo or a relay is no working properly.  I am including the underdash units part number to see if it helps you at all.  CDM Model 16147065.  Like I said before the head unit will not change any information, it shows a time that never changes and a radio station that has no audio.  The in dash EQ is not powered up either.  Thanks for any more help you can provide.

did you check the fuses ? there is 3 power sources for that unit  the CDM UNIT  look at all your fuses i know there is power on the unit but maybe you are missing one of the ignitions  and the fuse is not a radio fuse it can be memory backup clock or lights fuse
