Audio Systems: amp bipass, bose systems, bose system

I have a after market stereo with the correct wiring harness, but my car has a biult in amp.  I was told i need to do a amp bipass?  how do i perform this task?

All BOSE systems will require using an interface.

They seem to work with BOSE systems.
Personally, I hate them. And yes, until they make it so you can't run speaker leads to the speakers it CAN be bypassed.
