Audio Systems: Install radio from 91 Escort into 92 Dodge Shadow, ford wiring, dodge shadow

I don't even know if this is possible, but if it is what harnesses would I need to move a stock radio from a 91 Ford Escort into a 92 Dodge shadow.

Simple. You need the Stock plugs (with wires) from the Escort, and an aftremarket adaptor harness for the Shadow. You then have to splice the two together. The following diagram for the ford side will be helpful;
