how do i remove the rear 8" woofer in a 1998 ford expedition eddie bauer?

hi:
there is one last screw in the back of the speaker  in to the magnet if you are lucky turn the speaker untill it comes out if not the complet box and amplifiers need to be remove from the vehicle to get to that last screw

ford idea to get more labor or money,  200.00 to replace it at the dealer labor only
