Audio Systems: Installing Monoblock Amp and Sub, mitsubishi eclipse, rca outputs

Hi, I am trying to install a monoblock kicker amplifier and a 10" kicker sub into my 2000 mitsubishi eclipse.  On my head unit i do not have rca outputs, so I have to run speaker wire into my amp.  My question is what speakerwire coming out of my head unit do i use? Also, am I splitting the speaker wire so an end runs into my amplifier and the other goes to the speaker? If you could clear this up for me I would be very greatful. Thanks

it is better if you buy a hi and low adaptor   you can use the two rear outputs there is hi and low with remote out call 407-9331065 to get one they are only $15.00
