QuestionIs it possible to locate a manual for this CD player? Purchased an old 'K` car with one left in box in trunk, would like to get it up and running.
AnswerI could not find this model number on the Alpine site.
http://www.alpine-usa.com/support/parts_service/parts_and_service.htm
this web page will give you parts and service locations where you might find something.
However, manufacturers don't usually keep support around for more than about 7 years, so I think this might be a tough one to find.
I see a bunch of them on eBay for cheap; maybe you should just buy one that works if that is the model you want.
Mostly, good technicians don't need the manuals to make repairs; they just know how to repair them.
Parts may be a problem with one this old, but check with a local repair/install place and see if they have good advice for you.
Good luck,
Cleggsan
PS: They are easy to bench test and check out; maybe it is runnig fine and with an ohmmeter and some speakers you can find out all the connections for wiring it up.
