Audio Systems: put in speakers, dodge neon, chrysler products

I just bought the car and only one speaker works. It's a '97 dodge neon and I need put in the new speakers on both sides and connect my sub. I cant get the door pannel off to start with so it's been a mess.

I have removed the panel on the neon before, but I don't remember just how it was done.  Usually, with chrysler products you find some clips that are buried behind the door covering and you have to pry in just the right places until the clips pop loose.  But you have to be careful so as not to damage anything.
