Audio Systems: 2003 Toyota 6 Disc Changer Problems, 2003 toyota 4runner, toyota 4runner

Question
I have a 2003 Toyota 4Runner, with a JBL 6 disc CD system (56836). I'm getting an error code 3, and the 2nd CD will not eject (the CD that's due from the library). I'm assuming the error code 3 says a CD is stuck.

Any ideas on my next course of action?

error code 3 means that the cd is stuck in 2 trays
very extrange  or maybe this is a disc with a paper label and  the metal trays when in betweing the cd and the label
eject all cds and then insert two cd's tray 1 and 3 and if all 3 don't come out  the radio needs to be open it also happends when the disc is bend because of heat
