Audio Systems: Cassette wont eject, needle nose pliers, best bet

Question
1999 Audi,accepted and will play cassette but will not eject. Pushing the eject only gets about 4 seconds of a clicking sound and then stops.

 if you can see the tape, try a small set of needle nose pliers for the removal, but if not your best bet is to take it to an audio repair shop for a tech to use the special tools to get the tape out without damaging the head unit... sorry i cant do more but this will get you on the path... if you need anything else let me know
