Audio Systems: wiring is different, custom category, mael

I was trying to see if I could install the car radio from a 95 maxima into my 85 volvo. I removed both radios and found that the wiring is different. Is this swap possible? If so, how do I get the wires to match up?

I will not say it is impossible, but if they are both factory installed units, it will take a professional to check it out and 'if it is possible' they can make it happen [at a 'custom' hourly install rate].

It can likely be done, but not without opening the pocketbook. Just about anything is possible in the custom category, but rates can easily exceed 75-100.00/hr.
