Audio Systems: Chrysler factory radio display, auto salvage yards, chrysler sebring

Question
I recently bought a 2002 Chrysler Sebring and the factory CD/Cassette radio's display does not work. Is it worth repairing or is it repairable and I also  can get a used factory CD/radio unit from a used auto parts store from a 2003 Sebring. Any problem I could expect with a code or anything. Thank you for your replies.

The stereo may be repaired at a resonable cost. You may want to look at some local auto salvage yards for a good replacement stereo. Unless the factory stereo is an anti-theft stereo you won't need an access code.
