Audio Systems: cd want play read erorr 11, poineer, deh p6500

hello i have a poineer mosfet deh p6500 cd player  and my cd want play are it would play for 30seconds and stop like it freeze. it all so read erorr 11. when i put the cd in ,it all so make a clicking noise .            please help me

It's possible that the lens in the pick up is dusty/dirty or it has smoke on it if someone that rides in your vehicle smokes. You may need to have the lens cleaned manually, if the lens is very dirty a cleaning CD won't work because the laser has to SEE the disc before it will spin to clean the dirt off the lens.
