I have a '91 Brougham and need to replace the power antenna.  Do I have to take the whole fender off the car?

On most vehicles all you have to do is to remove the fender skirt/liner from the wheel well. This should give you access to the power antenna. A few vehicles will have access from under the vehicle, up into the cavity where the antenna is mounted.
