Audio Systems: Wiring Problems, pioneer number, stereo player

Hello my name is Robert and I have a stereo player with optional Cd player out of a Mitsubishi Japanese import and I am after a wiring diagram or similar. The radio's Model Number is RH-7288W and the serial number is 38033141G. Could you please help me because no body can not even Mitsubishi?

Please give me all the numbers off the sticker/s on the stereo. The radio is most likely built by another company for Mitsubishi. The model number looks like a pioneer number. Also give the year and model of the vehicle that the radio came out of.
