QuestionHello i just bought these smoked oval side blinkers for my car,but the problem is that i don't know how to take out the old ones. I drive 2002 audi a4 avant 1.8t quattro.....So can anyone explain me how can i take out old side blinkers and replace them with my new ones.....

AnswerHi, I copied this from a web site, it is a nice description:
To actually do this (example on the passenger side) remove the air ducting that leads to the air-cleaner
If you’re comfortable doing this you’ll easily figure out how to do this
If you’re in trouble already perhaps calling your dealer or imprt service station might be a wise choice
Remove the 2 Torx-12 screws that secure the top of the H.L. assembly to the front firewall
Looking down at the light assembly - from above it - you’ll spot 4 more Torx screws down below
With your long (10″) T-12 driver loosen the rear 2 screws (2-3 turns ought to be enough)
Completely remove the remaining 2 screws
At this point you will be able to slide out the entire lamp assembly
