Audi Repair: Audit A4 1996 - Air Bag Warning Light, airbag system, steering wheel

I have recently had my steering rack replaced and since then the air bag warning light will not go out.   Is there a sensor/warning relay that could have been disconnected.   Never had this problem before.   Cheers

No , there is no sensor or any airbag system. But , I have seen some  people - after doing this job and alignment - they reposition steering wheel because it's not center. So , they have to disconnect driver airbag to reposition the steering wheel. This is what I think.
