my engine light comes on and i am reading sys. too lean bank 1 &2 and torq converter circ performance or stuck off.

Torq. conv. performance or stuck . this fault means that torq.convertet (TC) does not close . What we know is that there is a seal inside the TC, you can see it once the fluid is out. Most of the time is red and looks like teflon ring. On all cars with this fault the seal was broken or some of it was not there. With this fault we always replace TC.
For 2 other faults in ECM I will need to know what engine do you have?
