Audi Repair: 1997 Audi A4 1.8 turbo quattro, oil leaks, turbo work

After about 2 minutes after turning on my a/c I get smoke from my exhaust and
a burning oil smell. My valve gasket was just replaced as it was leaking oil. No
more oil in the engine compartment, but smoke and burning oil smell when a/c
is turned on.  Please help.

Sounds like you missed an oil leak, is everything around the turbo clean?  Does the turbo work OK, perhaps an oilseal inside of the turbo is bad.  AC compressor puts some extra load on the engine but otherwise should not cause any oil leaks.  Let me know what you find,  Jan
