Audi Repair: Audi A4 water temp sender, coolant temp, engine coolant

I have a 2002 Audi A4 3.0, I can not find the water temp sender. Can you tell me were it is located?

ECT sensor (engine coolant temp) is located on the pipe which connects both cyl. heads in the back of the engine.
Sensor is closer to pass.side, so just take the air hose from filter to throttle body out, and you will see it there.
