I have a 1994 Cadillac Deville 4.9 base. When trying to start the car all power cuts out. Battery is good but have severe voltage drop at lead power cable going into fuse box when under load whereas battery doesn't under same load. I have check connections and fuses but have got nowhere, what could cause this?

I would consider a ground issue. The only question would be where. Try removing the negative battery cable at the frame. Make sure you ave a bae metal to bare metal contact and reinstall the bolt.
Check under dash grounds.
