Cadillac Repair: instrument cluster (digital), key of the proper type, last key used

I HAVE A 1992 CADILLAC BROUGHAM 5.0L ENGINE RWD FULL SIZE I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH DAMP WHEATHER IN THE MORNING THE DIGITAL CLUSTER ACTS UP IN PARK THE SPEED GOES FROM 0-25KM REPEATEDLY.

Obviously I am not at the car or even at the time it is acting up, however my guess would be you have a cracked printed circuit board in the cluster and moister is creating a feed back issue. Actually, that is the only thing I can think of that would be logical.

The only correction would be a used speedo cluster and replace the cluster.
