Was having starting issues, bad battery.
Replaced battery, turn key, dash goes blank, no turn over of engine, turn key back, dash lights back up.
Any ideas?

Bad electrical ignition switch? Just a guess, however to me makes sense.

Use a test light on the ignition switch (not the key lock cylinder). You will find power in the ON position, but if there is no power coming out of the switch for start, you have a bad switch.
