QuestionI fave a 94 deville base model with blower motor issues.
I have replaced with new motor.
I have power to the motor.
I have no codes
compressor is working fine, pressure good

Cadillac has always had blower issues. Make sure you check both fuse panels first. Your owner's manual will tell you where the fuse boxes are located.
On the older models a resistor module (non-serviceable of course) located under the hood on the passenger side would fail requiring either the owner to replace it or hard wire a new switch.
On yours however I believe the BCM controls the blower motor and you won't find a code if there is an internal problem in the BCM every time.
Blown fuse or a bad BCM should be considered.
