Cadillac Repair: temp, damper, hot air

Question
1999 deville one side blows hot air other side blows cold when heat is on. It is opposite when AC is on.

Answer
There are 2 damper door actuators. 1 on the drivers side and 1 on the passengers side that operates the damper doors.
