Cadillac Repair: 1998 Eldorado AC problem, caddilac, side vents

My 1998 Caddilac Eldorado's Air Conditioning is blowing hot air out of the driver's side vents and cold air out the passenger's side?! What is the problem, can I fix it myself?

You have a faulty drivers side actuator that is not opening the drivers side damper door.
