If the problem is obvious like it appears to be from your description, I would recommend that you have trhe car towed to a service center. The car does not have to go to Cadillac, but you could do irreversible damage to the engine driving with a coolant leak. At the service center they can use a pressure tester to find the leak.

The problem can be as minor as a bad radiator cap and as major as blown head gaskets or a cracked block. There is no standard answer here.

I recommend towing so that the engine does not over heat while you would be driving to a repair shop.
